Lot 29 is a shoulder location with an ocean view.  It is not yet connected by the Paseo de Laud, among the last of La Reserva Camaronal’s roads left to build.  Laud Drive already has Municipal building permits and is tabled for Phase II, expected to break ground in late 2017.

Primary grid electrification for Lot 29 is planned for Phase II and presently in permitting.  Likewise, this lot does not yet have a water stub.  But the facility water is under concession and proven, and a Phase II water distribution network is engineered and permitted.

The lot is titled and comes with its own corporation and is guaranteed grid power, water supply, and road access and maintenance.  Home Owner Association fees of $1000 / year apply once infrastructure is in place.

Access to Lot 29 is through the permitted but not yet built Laud Drive, which is expected to have a steep stretch that two wheel drive vehicles will not be able to manage by dint of grade alone.
