Lot 3 is located very near the Montana Sector main gate.  One of its boundaries is the coastal highway, and a second boundary is forested common area along the stream that drains the eastern side of La Reserva Camaronal. While it does have small ocean views, the trees on this property keep this view small.  It has handsome mountain views.  The lot is sized to accommodate a single residential dwelling, and the terrain is flat and adaptable to building and already has a built driveway that turns off Paseo de las Baulas.

Water is stubbed into Lot 3, and the lot is also already serviced by an active electrical connection at its boundary with the coastal highway.  Like all LRC lots, Lot 3 it is fully titled.

Lot 2 is 600 meters away from the expansive beach of Camaronal, where the Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Camaronal is home to a sea turtle protection refuge with a hatchery and year round volunteer staff for protection of the four species of sea turtles that nest here.  The Montaña Sector of LRC is the largest of the three Condo Law sectors.
