Lot 33 is a ridgeline titled lot with a stunning view that is not yet connected by the Paseo de las Views, among the last of La Reserva Camaronal’s roads left to build. Views already has Municipal building permits and is tabled for Phase II, expected to break ground in late 2017.
Primary grid electrification for this lot is planned for Phase II and presently in permitting. Likewise, this lot does not yet have a water stub. But the facility water is under concession and proven, and a Phase II water distribution network is engineered and permitted.
Lot 33 is a steep mountain lot with cleared view sites along the ridgeline and forested lower part. Views Drive passes along the lower lot boundary, so driveway access to the best view site will require a commensurate additional investment.

The lot is titled and comes with its own corporation and is guaranteed grid power, water supply, and road access and maintenance. Home Owner Association fees of $1000 / year apply once infrastructure is in place. The view from this lot extends from the Rio Ora mouth to Punta Islita along the coastline. But across a low ridge inland, the far sides of Carrillo Valley can be seen, the shoreline there even at the highest points, the view fading into suggestions of Samara beach further to the west.
The price that Lot 33 pays for expansive views is a hairy access by way of Kikilas and Views Drives. Despite paving, access is steep, and a two-wheel drive cannot handle the ascent for reasons of grade alone, not to mention a sharp steep turn into Views.
